Bloomington, IN Dental Office Information

Additional directions:

Tapp Road and St Rd 37 intersection to be closed beginning on or after Wednesday, August 2 continuing through May 2018. For patients arriving via 37 we suggest using the 2nd Street exit east to Weimer Road to Tapp Road and turning West (right) on Tapp for about 800 yds to the entrance of the Medical Complex.

From HWY 37 either North bound or South bound take Exit 115 (Fullerton Pike also marked with a Blue sign with an H for Hospital) -- only .4 mile past Tapp Rd. From the South Bound Lane you will go through a Roundabout and head East back across Hwy 37 to another Roundabout, continue East until you get to stop sign which is Rockport Road. Turn Left (North) and follow Rockport to the next Stop Sign which is Tapp Road. Turn Left (West) and continue on through another Roundabout and through what appears to be a road block sign up the hill and Medical Park Offices entrance is on the left at Deborah Drive.

From the North the Exit goes to only one Roundabout and you turn right at the first chance (East) and follow to the intersection of Rockport Road. Then follow the directions listed above from Rockport to Tapp to Medical Park Offices.
